Description

The artistic contribution of Vasyl Hryhorovych Krychevskyi (1873–1952) in the realm of graphic arts remains a relatively unexplored territory to this day and calls for a separate art-historical study. This publication serves as an attempt to acquaint readers with the artist’s ornamental legacy.
The album presents approximately 200 exemplars of ornaments preserved in museums across Ukraine, as well as in private collections.
This publication is commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Master’s birth.
